Within the ECM Synchronika is a double boiler system with PID control. The PID control allows you to set the ideal brewing temperature for different coffee profiles, giving you the best possible shot each time. The double boiler also gives you the optimal temperatures for extracting coffee and frothing milk at the same time.

Water source switching

Another key to the ECM Synchronika’s flexibility is its dual water source feature. This domestic coffee machine has a 2.8-litre water tank but can also be connected to the water mains, whichever works best for you.

Custom ECM portafilters

Although created primarily for the home or office, the ECM Synchronika comes with premium portafilters that even professional baristas love. These custom portafilters are weighted and angled for ease of use. The machine’s steam and hot water valves and wands are ergonomically designed for a smooth workflow and use with the lever taps.
