Flair Pro 2 Espresso Maker Brewing Instructions:

• Detach the brewing head and preheat with hot water.
• Fill the basket with freshly ground coffee and tamp.
• Reattach the head, fill the reservoir with hot water
• Press down on the handle to begin extraction.
• Use the pressure gauge to control flow and extraction
• After 25-45 seconds, enjoy your full-flavoured espresso shot.
