Precision, speed, and reliability

At 98mm, the huge SSP flat burrs of the Lagom P100 guarantee a precise and uniform grind at high speed. This workhorse of a grinder can produce up to 5g/s of espresso grind coffee. And its powerful motor is paired with an auto-torque system to ensure consistent RPM to maintain grind uniformity. It also comes with a variable RPM which opens a world of possibilities when you want to experiment with flavours.

Low retention

The design of the burrs and motor allows incredibly low-retention grinding. The Lagom P100 also has an auto-purge system and a knocker in the dispenser to make sure that you get all the coffee you mean to use. In auto-purge, the RPM goes up automatically towards the end of the grinding process to eliminate as much ground from the chamber as possible.

Simple operation and easy maintenance

The Lagom P100 makes it easy to consistently achieve fantastic results. First, it has a stepless micrometric adjustment with a number scale that you can calibrate, helping you zero in on the perfect grind each time. The burrs also have a permanent alignment by design for minimal maintenance. And when it’s time to clean it, the modular burr chamber and motor disassemble without needing special tools.
